When you have a family member with cancer (and no appetite), you learn to rejoice in small victories - like finding a way to get a little more nutrition down them without sacrificing the taste or texture of the food. (And I'll probably do at least one more post on the "when you don't want to eat" topic sharing some other products we've found useful.)
